1. SHOPPING CART
Dear friends, the icon of the shopping cart you can see on this website shows that you can buy some of our our comics on-line: we have a considerable number of back issues available, and here are the easy-to-follow instructions for purchasing the back issues you want. To purchase back issues you must put the desired issues in your shopping cart. If the back issue is available (green cart flashing), then click on the shopping cart icon and your item will automatically be added to your cart. If the back issue corresponds to a red flashing cart, it is no longer available. The price indicated next to each publication does not include the shipping costs. Shipping costs, calculated according to the manner of shipment chosen, will automatically be added to the price of the publication.
In conformity with the law in force, the publisher shall be responsible for VAT payment. For customers resident in non -EU countries, the prices do not include taxes and customs dues, which shall be borne by the customers themselves according to the laws in force in the country of destination.

ATTENTION: ALBUMS CAN BE SOLD ONLY TO NATURAL PERSONS.

2. FILLING YOUR SHOPPING CART
For each back issue added to your cart, your purchases are automatically updated and the total cost is recalculated. You can then add further back issues, and if you wish, you can interrupt your purchase transaction and start surfing again, and resume the purchase transaction later. You can change the quantity of any back issues you wish to purchase, eliminate issues from the list or empty the cart and start all over again. It's not possible to place orders that weight more than 10Kg in a single shipment. If the album's quantity in your cart exceedes this limit, an attention message will appear on screen and, to keep buying our back-issues, will be necessary to start with a new order that will mantain the same weight limit.

3. STOP AT THE CASH DESK TO PAY
Once you have selected all the back issues you want, choose one of the following payment forms:
a) credit card
b) postal giro
c) banker's draft

ATTENTION!
We don't accept payments made with cheques. Orders payed with this method will be refused.

a. Payment by credit card
If you choose to pay by credit card, your purchase will be completed immediately, and in this case shipment will be extremely rapid. You will be asked to fill in a form with your own personal name and address, which are indispensable for shipping the albums to you. Payments with credit cards require browsing with Internet Explorer 6.0 (or later) or Netscape 4.75 (or later). For a free update click in your browser's name. Finally, you will be asked to fill out the part concerning your credit card details, indicating your credit card number, expiry date and the name of the card-holder. You will then receive a transaction code as confirmation that the transaction has been carried out. You should keep this as proof of purchase. This system of payment accepts the following credit cards.

b. Payment by postal giro

If you choose to pay by postal giro, you will be asked to fill out a form with your personal details including your E-mail address. You will then receive an E-mail message containing a purchase code identification number (Internet Order Code Nr.). This code number should not be considered as a receipt, unlike the "transaction code" that is valid for credit card payments: instead, this code number represents confirmation that your order has been received and it is the number that identifies your order. This code number must be copied into the postal giro slip (in the space reserved for communications). Then take your postal giro slip to a post office, where you can pay in the total amount at the cashier's desk, making it payable to postal giro account Nr. 39855200, recipient Sergio Bonelli Editore S.P.A. via Buonarroti 38 - 20145 - MILAN, ITALY. Note that if you choose postal giro payment, your order will not be processed until we have received notification of payment, and you should allow several days for this information to be transmitted from the Post Office to our offices.

c. Payment by banker's draft

For payment by banker's draft, the procedures are quite similar to those described for postal giro. The banker's draft, for the amount in full, should be made payable to Sergio Bonelli Editore S.P.A. at one of the following banks:

CREDITO ARTIGIANO-SEDE DI MILANO, ITALY,
code IBAN: IT02T0351201601000000003981
B.I.C. SWIFT: ARTI IT M 2

BANCA DI ROMA-AGENZIA MILANO 15, ITALY,
code IBAN: IT0600322601603000500061442
B.I.C. SWIFT: UNCRIT2VMIJ

In order to speed up the processing of your order, we advise you to send a copy of the bank receipt by fax (also stating your Internet Order Code Nr.) to the following number: 0039 02 96480952.

ATTENTION!
In case of insufficient payment for the total cost of your order, an integration will be requested. The client has to pay the requested integration quickly. 30 days elapsed from our request date and we'll proceed to the refund, keeping the expenses needed for this procedure. These expenses will be kept even if the refund is made for exceeding payments (wrong calculations - sold out issues of our publications - missing indications of the required comic books). We will not proceed to any refund in case that the expenses exceed the quote that has to be refunded.

4. SECURITY IN TRANSACTIONS
Credit card purchases are processed by means of the payment system of the consortium of the CILME public company. The authenticity of electronic supplies is guaranteed by the use of message authentication codes (MAC) created by using a secret key. Internet Banking is based on sophisticated procedures that guarantee the final user an elevated level of security. All the information typed in by the final user in completing the transaction is protected by the https protocol which, by means of the SSL - Secure Sockets Layers - algorithm, allows an adequate level of encryption, server authentication and guarantee that the message remains intact.
