Fiore di Luna, daughter of the Ute chief, Naso Piatto, loves Kit, saved from the river but with no memory, whom she calls Tonkawa! Falco Nero, a warrior who hates whites and Navajos, is jealous: he kills Naso Piatto in a conspiracy with the trafficker, Gentry, and with the renegade, Orso-in-Piedi, and, in order to stir up the Utes, blames Tex! When the fiend then discovers who Tonkawa is, he warns the Navajos in order to entice Willer to the village, kill him and stir up the army! But the weak Piccolo Coyote knows everything and leaves with Fiore di Luna to warn Kit, who is busy hunting down his father!
